Cannabidiol (CBD oil for massage and what are the benefits

I have chosen to research and write this article because a regular client of mine, with severe arthritis in his joints believes Cannabidiol (CBD) oil (which he has purchased and applied himself at home) has relived his arthritic symptoms, making him look, happier, in less pain and more mobile. Prior to his miracle oil, I would only use a good anti-inflammatory massage medium and essential oil such as grapeseed oil and lavender essential oil. But now, I’ll apply drop of (CBD) oil from a

reparable health shop using the does accordingly to my client's health and medical history. See contradiction section

Research has shown, cannabidiol (CBD oil) is a powerful natural anti-inflammatory with soothing properties, according to Ring, M, R MD (2018) an Integrative Medicine Specialist researcher at North western Medicine Oher Centre for Integrative Health. Other studies have also shown (CBD) oil can help reduce muscle tension, aid relaxation of the body, ease skin inflammation and skin diseases, such as psoriasis and dermatitis. She also goes on to say, CBD helps to reduce friction by enabling the sliding of the hands on the skin, as well as providing nourishment and antioxidant.

Many athletes have resorted to this product because they are aware of its benefits and healing components. Further research based on scientific evidence  in (2018) have  also learnt   that  (CBD) is no longer included in the list of band  doping substances  by the World Anti-Doping Agency (World Anti-Doping Agency or WADA)  as many sportsmen who now use it to soothe muscle tensions and contractures associated with intense physical activity, plus  CBD oil is absorbs  in a short space of  time, providing a sensation of pain relief.

However, studies on the topical use of CBD oil are still ongoing and it is still too early to be certain, especially regarding the right dosage. This does not mean that the first results appear promising and would seem to exclude the onset of side effects.

However, when the aim is to have a relaxing experience that helps release accumulated tension and relax the muscles, CBD oil could prove to be an excellent solution for giving and receiving massages in complete autonomy.
